She is survived by: her children, Janice Esarey (Eric) of Evansville, Michelle Moorman, Eddie Moorman and LaDonna; and her siblings, Donna Oakley of Evansville and Jimmy Levi. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
