He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence and Betty Rose Tincher (Moore); and his brother Bill "Bopper" Tincher. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Alice O'Malley of Mitchell; his children, Karrie Tincher of Bedford, Rick O'Malley of Tennessee and David O'Malley of Mitchell; and his sisters, Genny Grider of Mitchell and Korki Tincher of Bedford.
