She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Smith of Mitchell; her son Jacob Dewayne Smith (Caitlin) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Harrison Wayne Smith and Reagan Rose Smith; and her siblings, Michael Chastain (Anne) of Culver, Teresa Chastain of Mitchell and Darrin Chastain (Kim) of Mitchell.
