He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Costello and Gertrude Costello (Searing). He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Slinkard of Bedford, Christine Redmond of Hollywood and Dawn Daly; and his sisters, Georgie, Gerri and Jeannie of Brooklyn.
