He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gerkin of Mitchell; his children, Jacob Scott Gerkin (Audra) of Mitchell, Elizabeth Stephens (Bryce) of Mitchell and Alexandria "Allie" Gerkin of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Madison Gerkin, Ethan Gerkin, Ella Gerkin, Henry Stephens and Lewis Stephens; and his siblings, Julie Drake (Steve) of Lebanon and Steve Gerkin of Mitchell.
