It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Lee Mullinax of Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie Kirkman and June Kirkman (Thompson); her husband Donald Lee Mullinax, Sr.; her siblings, Jonathan, Jim Kirkman and Ruth; and her daughter Macylan Layne.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Dalton (Steven J.) of Bedford, Donald Lee Mullinax, Jr. (Vivian) of Springville, Jon Darrin Mullinax (Roberta) of Bedford, Joe David Mullinax (Hope) of Mitchell, Jennifer Ellis of Paoli and Leland Mullinax (Tori) of Mitchell; her brothers, Vernie Kirkman (Marsha) of Orleans and Orvis Kirkman of Indianapolis; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bond's Chapel Church (8625 County Rd 810 N, West Baden Springs, IN 47469). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
