He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Elliott and Mary Ruth Elliott (Williams); and his son Ron Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Elliott (Miles) of Mitchell; his children, Stephanie Hicks (George) of Elizabeth and Joe Chapman (Emily) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Devin Hicks, Jaxon Chapman, Skylar Chapman, Melissa Chapman, Robert Chapman and Kacie Chapman; and his great grandchild Cade Gee.
