She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Goldsberry and Mary Chastain (Woods); her grandson Waylon Abel; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Payton. She is survived by: her husband James Stanley Mundy, Sr. of Mitchell; her daughter Sheri Ellen Mundy; and her brothers, Don Goldsberry and Bill Goldsberry. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren 23 great grandchildren great great granddaughter.
