He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henthorn and Bernice Henthorn (Sammet); his brothers, Patrick and Michael; and his significant other Nancy (Hacker).
He is survived by: his siblings, Terrence and Kathleen; his sons, Patrick (Jennifer) of South Bend, IN, David (Kimberly) of Terre Haute, IN and Kevin (Jill) of Rogers, AR; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Landon (South Bend), Catherine, Charlotte (Terre Haute), James and Sarah of Rogers, AR.
