Therese Florence Grocki Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Therese Florence Grocki of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Wojciechowski and Clara Wojciechowski (Tuszynski); and her siblings, Dorothy Ann Wojciechowski, Barbara Wojciechowski, Mary Louise Wojciechowski and John Wojciechowski.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Chester Grocki; her children, Daniel Grocki (Cathy) of Tulum, Clare Keith (Earl) of South Bend, Paul Grocki (Betsy) of Carmel and Mary Holewczynski of South Bend, Indiana; her grandchildren, Katie Grocki (Casey Coon), Jonathan Grocki (DD), Ellen Grocki, Sarah Vanderheyden (Austin), Rachel Jozaites, Earl "Trey" Keith (Chloe) of Paul, Samuel Grocki (Emma), Alex Holewczynski, Kyle Holewczynski (Natalie Kontz) and Paul Holewczynski; her great grandchildren, Leonardo Jozaites, Therese Jozaites, Holden Vanderheyden and Amelia Grocki; her sister Anne White (Tom) of South Bend; her sister-in-law Gertrude Goller of South Bend; and her cousin Paul Tuszynski of Mill Creek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church (2310 E Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, IN 46615).
