She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Scheibelhut and Katherine Scheibelhut (O'Neil); her brother John Scheibelhut; and her grandchildren, Scarlett Grace and Robin Parker.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Pierce, Lilly and Thea; her stepgrandchildren, Lana, Oren and Bryn; and her sisters, Patricia Bragg, Margaret O'Connor (Tom), Catherine Hull, Joan Scheibelhut, Jane Scheibelhut, Jean Cook and Mary Yadak.

Contributions may be made in her memory to Heart to Heart Hospice or the Humane Society of St. Joseph County.
