He is survived by: his children, Stacie Boetsma (Michael) of Mishawaka, Logan Hopper (Leeah) of South Bend, Dawn Rivera (Roberto) of Mishawaka and Laurie Brennan (Matthew) of Memphis, TN; his sister Julia Walters (Clem) of South Bend; and his stepmother Jeanie Hopper (Rebecca). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
