He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd LeMere and Helen "Genieva" LeMere (Wachs); his daughter Pam LeMere; and his siblings, Juanita Delaruelle and Jim LeMere.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Morris, Richard LeMere Jr. (Bobbie) and Curt LeMere (Janis); his siblings, Lucille Hixenbaugh, Shirley Wade and Robert LeMere; his grandchildren, Jennifer Rutledge, Heidi Pollard (Matthew), Jeremy Morris, Todd (Bettina), Timothy, Irina LeMere and Kendall LeMere; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan Rutledge, Connor, Carson Pollard, Vayda, Lennox LeMere and Callista LeMere. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
