He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Richardson and Opal Richardson (Southard). He is survived by: his children, Alithia Sawyer and Robert Backus; his grandchildren, Sierra, Andrew, Nevaeh, Sonni and Summer; and his sister Pat.
