She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Coffing and Goldie Coffing (Wiles); her son Jeffery Young; her siblings, June Garrow, Betty Lewis, Richard Coffing, Dewey Coffing, Donald Coffing and William Coffing; and her husband Kenneth E. Stewart.

She is survived by: her sisters, Nina Lynch and Joan Coffing. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
