She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Spauling and Evon Spauling (Myers). She is survived by: her children, James Morgart (Bailey) of Elkhart, Michael Swiergosz (Sarah) of Elkhart, Stephen Swiergosz (Grace) of Elkhart, Robert Swiergosz of Mishawaka and Sarah Vasquez (Joseph) of Ft. Wayne; and her siblings, Paul Spaulding (Linda) of Weston, OH, Thomas Spaulding of Edwardsburg, MI, Susan Warner of Toledo, OH. and Nick Warner of Toledo, OH.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Riley's Children Hospital, or to the family to assist in final expenses. Make a donation to one of the following charities in remembrance of Patricia "Pattie" Rae Breen.
