He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Urbanski and Laurie Lyn Urbanski (Volmer) of Osceola, IN; his fiancée Jennifer Lekarczyk of Mishawaka, IN; his daughter Paige Urbanski of South Bend, IN; his stepdaughter Madeline McCoy of Mishawaka, IN; his brothers, John Urbanski (Sarah) of Franklin, TN and Joseph Urbanski (Carrie) of Angola, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Abby, Carmen, Nolan, Grace, Jack and Ali.
