She is survived by: her father Tom DeClark; her husband David Miller; her daughter Lindsey Miller; her brother John DeClark (Christine); her nephew Justin DeClark; her mother-in-law Kay Miller; her sister-in-law Susan Peterson (Jeff); her nieces, Stephanie Peterson and Jessica Thurman (Andrew); and her great-nephew Oliver Thurman.
