He is survived by: his wife Mary Lambert (Miller); his daughter Laura Saltzgaber (Drew); his grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Alexis Base (Jacob) and Victoria; his great grandchild Jason Base; and his siblings, Leta Johnson, Linda Sullivan and Leonard Lambert.
