He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard LaMar Windsor and Roberta G. Ray (Hartman); his stepmother Esther; his brother Don Lee; and his half-brother Robert Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Steve Windsor (Sue) of Osceola, Michelle Wotring (Randy) of Mishawaka, Teresa Barney (Adam) of Lincoln, NE, Dave Windsor (Kaye) of Elkhart and Catanna Garcia (Tony) of Elkhart; his half-brother Richard Windsor (Marjorie) of Hartford City, IN.; his grandchildren, Kayla Windsor, Tasha Windsor, Jessica Spears, Crysta Werntz, Avery Barney, Isaac Barney, Courtney Youngs, Lillian Windsor, Ben Windsor, Cady Windsor, Athena Garcia, Leeah Killingbeck, Bekka Oxley, Megan Torres, Morgan Wotring and Serenity Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Xander Windsor, Aden Windsor, Edaline Hyink, Forrest McAlexander, Windsor McAlexander, Phoenix Spears, Natalie Biggs, Colton Youngs, Boston Torres, Jones Torres and Hollis Torres. He is also survived by 9 grand daughters, 5 step grand daughters, 2 grandsons, 3 great grand daughters, 5 great grandsons, 3 step great grandsons.
