He was predeceased by: his grandmother Velma Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen "Terry" Campbell and Margaret "Maggie" Campbell; his close friend Julie Kruszewski of Mishawaka; his stepfather Dale Denham; his siblings, Stephanie Sickerott (Jay) and Drew Denham; his niece Sadie Sickerott; his cousins, Michelle Calentine, Jennifer Nelson and Paul Campbell II; his children, Catrina Bush and Jordan Miles (Arturo Miranda); his grandchildren, Conner Pelis and Robert Allen Fisher; and also, Jennifer Ragozino and Joann Kruszewski.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with Josh's medical expenses.
