He is survived by: his children, Monique Carlson (Victoria), John Carlson Jr., Kaley Carlson and Kyle Carlson; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Casen, Hadleigh and Cameron; his siblings, Sharon Cummings (Jim), Annie Lucas and Ted Carlson III; and his stepsiblings, Laura and Bill.
