Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jerry Lee leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Paul and Melody Sue Tuggle (Reinholtz); and his sister Marie Tuggle. He is survived by: his wife Katrine Tuggle (Zimmerman) of Mishawaka; his sons, Hawkins Zimmerman (Katie) of Mishawaka and Deen Tuggle (Sam) of South Bend; his siblings, John Tuggle of Elkhart and Rebecca Shirley (Cleve) of Elkhart; and his pet Simba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to a pet rescue of one's choice or the local Humane Society.
