He was predeceased by: his father John Kendall; and his brother Christopher. He is survived by: his mother Susan Kendall (Davis); his wife Tami Kendall (Nekvasil); his children, Melannie Hahn (Richie), Jayme Kendall and Chris Kendall; his granddaughter Skylynn Hahn; and his siblings, Delynn Britton (Billy), Andrew and Jesse Kendall.
