He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Matafin and Monica Matafin (Hudak); his sister Vicki Budd; and his brother-in-law Robert Przybylski. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Amanda Mak of Mishawaka, Megan Barrett of Mishawaka and Jon Barrett of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Kalei Wierzbicki of Valparaiso, Conner Barrett of Valparaiso and Theresa Barrett of Valparaiso; his sister Sandra Nawrucki of Lakeville; his brothers-in-law, Bob Nawrucki, Victor Budd of Sturgis, MI and Allen Grant (Sherry) of Angola; and his children-in-law, David Mak of Mishawaka and Tammy Barrett of Valparaiso. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
