He was predeceased by: his parents, George N. Vernasco and Marie E. Vernasco; his brother-in-law Gary Verleye; and his pets, Sultan, Piper and Lola.
He is survived by: his wife Heather C. Vernasco; his daughters, Tara M. Rader of Mishawaka, Erica A. Pitcock (Jafe) of Carmel, IN and Julia R. Houchins (Ryan) of St Cloud, Fla.; and his grandchildren, Ryan Rader, Leah Rader, Hanah Rader, Norah Rader, Emma Marcella, Zander Pitcock and Piper Pitcock. He is also survived by His Girls, his Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Monica Catholic Church (222 W Mishawaka Ave, Mishawaka, IN 46545).
