We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Frank John Claeys of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Frank (Lola Claeys); his sister Shirley Claeys; his great grandchild Julie; and his wife Lois Weaver. He is survived by: his children, John Claeys of Mishawaka, Bill Claeys (Lori) of Edwardsburg, MI, Peggy Orosz (Danny) of Granger and Nancy Metzer (Todd) of South Riding, VA.; his grandchildren, Ann Claeys of South Bend, Stephanie (Chris) of Highland Park, IL, Ben Orosz of Denver, CO and Garrett Metzer of South Riding, VA; his great grandchild Josh Claeys; and his great great grandchild Zayn.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home (503 W 3rd St, Mishawaka, IN 46544). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Mishawaka Lions Club, the local VFW Post #360, or charity of the donor's choice.
