She is survived by: her husband Jeffry Smith; her children, Lynn Gaddy, Ahmanda Smith of South Bend, Hal Gaddy of South Bend, Tim Gaddy (Angie) of Granger, Curtis Smith of South Bend and Jacob Smith of Winamac; her sister Sandy Bare of South Bend; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Sanders, Latre Sanders, Preston Gaddy, John Gaddy, Harper Coquillard, Cora Coquillard, Lilly Gaddy and Noa Smith.
