She is survived by: her husband Milo Anton Jacobsen; her grandchildren, Brent Plummer (Heather), Chad Plummer (Kelly), Breanna Shuamber (Chad), Christopher Jacobsen (Joanna) and Paige Jacobsen (Amber); her stepgrandson Nathan Mittleman; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Ryan Plummer (Lauren), Brayden, Zachary Plummer, Tyler Jacobsen, Julian DeCook, Berkleigh, Milo Shuamber, Kendall and Kearnan Foley.
