She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Eisenhart and Dorothy Eisenhart (Gaines); and her stepfather Dorothey (Don Fout). She is survived by: her children, Samuel Hale, Jr. (Niki Quick) and Ashley Hale (Adam Batson); her grandsons, Alexander and Allan Batson; and her siblings, Michael, Robbie Eisenhart and Terri Byers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
