He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Evelyn Williams (Buchmiler). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Bucks (Richard) and Donald Williams (Deborah); his significant other Sandra Steinbaugh; and his grandson Joshua Lamon.
