He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Benjamin and Rose M. Benjamin (Rogers); and his siblings, Mary, Lillian, Barbara, Virginia, Russel, Pete, John and Jack.

He is survived by: his wife Judi Benjamin; his children, Jill Ridenour (Michael), Tracy Schmidt (Dean), Dina Williams and Ryan Benjamin (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler, Karson, Anthony, Jack, Alexandria, Grace, Tinsley, Aleah and Alexia.
