He is survived by: his wife Carol Rubow; his daughters, Rhonda Culbertson (Hal) of South Bend and Kristen Rey (Ken) of Boulder, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Yixuan, Charlie, Naomi and Sarah; his great grandchild Alexander; and his siblings, Evelyn DeWolf, Muriel Dunnigan of Idaho, Frances Everett of Tennessee, Eileen Crowder (Tim) of California, Marjorie Greene (Roger) of Washington and Robert Rubow (Cathy) of Idaho.
