It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Sue Crumet of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond DePrato and Arreda "Rita" DePrato (Dobyns); her husband Tom Crumet; her siblings, Jerry Miller (Arla), Ted Miller (Darlene), Sandra Canen (Gerald) and Dianne Moore (Jeff); and her birth mother Helen Strukel (Timmons).
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Dianne Zielbauer (Paul) and Tammy Zeigert (Mike); her sister Susan Stover; and her grandchildren, Brooke Saal (Tyler), Brianna Lacopo, Madison Lacopo, Christine Zielbauer, Andrew Zielbauer, Patrick Zielbauer (Kalli), Ashley Lawson (Dan), Mallory Kronewitter (Jason), Danielle Zeigert and Nick Zeigert (Kate). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walley - Mills - Zimmerman Funeral Service (700 E Jackson Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46516).
