It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Powell of Mishawaka, Indiana, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Barbara's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Barbara has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Benjamin; her husband Gary Powell; her father George Benjamin (Florence Doolittle); and her siblings, Amos Doolittle, Roland Doolittle and Carol Reige.
She is survived by: her siblings, Boyd Doolittle, Mary Radabaugh (Don) and George Doolittle; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Doolittle and June Doolittle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hahn Funeral Home (505 W 8th St, Mishawaka, IN 46544). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
