He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Sullivan; his daughter Victoria; his brother-in-law Delayne Gabbard; and his aunt Sissy. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Bessler Sullivan; his wife Rebecca Boughner; his children, Amanda, Sabrina, Cheyenne, Alyssa Marie, Deidra, Jessica and William Jr.; his brothers, Jason Sullivan (Stacy) and Barry Sullivan (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Geneva Gabbard and Jesse Gabbard (Debbie). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
