With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn J Schambers of Milton, Indiana, born in Bentonville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Snyder and Viola Snyder (Lamberson); her brother Lester; and her sister-in-law Pauline Snyder. She is survived by: her husband Carrol A. Schambers; her children, Ramona Orschell (Chuck), Mark Schambers, Jenny Dunaway, Becky Williams (Greg) and Jeff Schambers (Renee); her nephew Doug Snyder; and her niece Linda Longnecker. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel (1010 E Main St, Cambridge City, IN 47327).
