She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Carl Wentz and Florine Bennington Wentz Hermann; her husband Dayton G. Couch; her son Travis Couch; and her brother Rodney Wentz.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Couch (Eric Neeb), Richard Carden (Genea), Scott Miller (Shelli LaMaster) and Greg Sheplar; her sisters, Sue Alcorn, Linda Longworth and Penny Gindling; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Sara, Jami, Isabelle, Jackson, Bub, Christopher, Alissa, Caleb, Sierra, Amanda and Mark.
