He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Crouch and Darlene Leslie Crouch; and his sister Joy Hall. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Paugh; and his daughters, Krystal Crouch (Paul Sale) of New Castle, Dawn Crouch of New Castle, Samantha Swapp (Samuel) of Buckeye and Amber Anderson (Daniel) of Centerville, Indiana. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two half-brothers; a sister; a step-brother; and a step-sister.
