It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Clinton Chandler of Milroy, Indiana, born in Laurel, Indiana, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Gladys Chandler (Dunn) and William Howard Chandler; his son John Allen Chandler (late Suzie Love); his grandson Jerran Lee Chandler; and his siblings, Hubert Gerrian, Patricia Matney, Bill Chandler, Bonnie Chandler and Jerry Chandler.
He is survived by: his significant other Irma Jean Moore Chandler (Burgay); his children, Joseph Lee Chandler (Patricia), Angela Jean Huffman (Brent) and Andrea Jane Boles (Perry); his goddaughter Gail Wilder (Pete); his siblings, Clarence "Bud" Chandler (Linda) of Indianapolis and Katherine "Katie" Reed (Ron) of Green Castle; and his grandchildren, Amy Jo Daugherty (Tom), Jonathan David Allen Chandler, Timothy Allen Sorrell, Megan Susanne Renee Chandler, Sylvia Jane Sorrell Thomas (Adam), Perry David Boles II (Taylor Winzenread), Alyssa Jane Boles and Houston Chandler. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
