He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Miller and Norma Miller (Emsweller); his son Luke Miller; and his siblings, Jim Miller, Linda Ann Whipple and Susan Margaret Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller (Ralston); his sons, Derek Miller (Johnna) of St. Paul, Will Miller of Moscow, Jack Miller of Hartsville and Shawn Adkins (Stacy) of Rushville; and his sister Patricia Cudworth (Roy) of Connersville. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
