He is survived by: his mother Lena Brown (Gabbard) of Milroy; his children, Taylor Smift, Allie, Savannah Kennedy, Brianna, Brendon Millsaps of Greensburg, Brock Millsaps of Rushville and Bryce Millsaps of Rushville; and his sister Gala Brown of Rushville.
