She was predeceased by: her father Artie Cleo; and her former husband John R. Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Houston Thompson (Martha), LaVone Novotny (Jim) and LaVern "Penny" Blanchette (Art). She is also survived by six grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
