She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian M. Balmer and Stella M. Balmer (Walts); and her siblings, Joe Balmer, Louise Sheppard, Thelma Sgouros and Dorothy Kiley.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Norman Fetz of Milltown, Indiana; her stepson Kenneth Steve Fetz of Independence, Missouri; and her sister Marie Johnson of Louisville, Kentucky. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
