He is survived by: his wife Lynda Gayle Hendricks (Duke) of Milltown; his children, Jeremy J. Hendricks (Kaci) of Marengo, Bobbie J. Wetzel of English and Tina M. Ammons (Phillip) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his siblings, Jerry L. Hendricks (Angelia) of Salem, Lester W. Hendricks (Regina) of Corydon, Indiana, Donna Kay Hendricks of New Middletown, Opal F. Wells of Florida and Sharon R. Brown of Corydon, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Dakota Lawalin, Zachary (Lucas Faith), Bryan (Maggie Ammons) and Emma (Garrett Hendricks).
