He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thomas and Dora E. Young (Childers); and his son Paul K. Young, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Young (Slaughterback); his children, Betty Waters, Kathy Sullender (Rob), Karen Freeberg (Kevin), Kevin Young (Shelly), Judy Davis (Paul) and Steven Young (Tracey); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Meredith, Cherie Cotton, Isaac Sullender, Emily Sullender, Katie Freeberg, Kristopher Freeberg, Devin Young, Jalisa Wilkes, Ty Young, Josey Reas, Samantha Dehn, Dominic Young and Alexander Paul Young. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
