He is survived by: his children, Leland Rhoads, Jr., Russell Rhoads (Misti) and Jennifer Wolf; his grandchildren, Brittany, Whittney, Waylen Wolf, Jordan Lee, Russell Eugene, Payton Mae and Brycen James; his great grandchildren, Zoie and Zariah; and his siblings, Kalin Rhoads, Josh Schnellenberger and Yvonne Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
