He was predeceased by: his parents, E. K. Roggenkamp Sr. and Florence Herdt Roggenkamp; his wife Kathleen Hilgeman; his siblings, Dorothy Parks, Mildred Booth, Virginia Trowbridge Chase and Walter Roggenkamp; and his stepdaughters, Rebecca Roggenkamp Vance and Roslyn Roggenkamp.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Edward K. Roggenkamp III (Rheva) of Versailles, KY and Kelly D. (Laura).

Memorial contributions can be given to the Milltown American Legion Post #332, to help supply gifts for children, during the Christmas holiday.
