She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Ballard; her children, Connie Barnard (Jeff), Donnie Hardin, Deborah King, Tony Ballard and Crystal Ballard-Hempfling; and her siblings, Frank Fisher Jr. (Joyce) and Mary Newlin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
