He was predeceased by: his father Adrian Leo. He is survived by: his wife Carol Daugherty (Brown); his children, Karen Albin (Chris) and Bryan Daugherty (Kathy); his grandchildren, Danielle Lessen (Justin), Scott Albin (Brianna), Bryce and Reagan Daugherty; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Charlotte Albin, Logan and Benson Lessen; and his sister LaVerne Sarles.
